Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items.
If your order arrives damaged or with an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
🛈 Under EU consumer protection law (including in the Netherlands), custom-made goods are generally exempt from the standard 14-day return policy, as long as the product is made specifically to the customer’s request.
