Welcome to Veniam Dreams! By placing an order through our website or contacting us for custom work, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Products and Custom Orders
Veniam Dreams specializes in custom decals, keychains, and other personalized accessories. Because most of our products are made-to-order, we begin production once payment or a deposit is received.
2. Processing Times
Standard orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Larger or more complex custom orders may require additional time. You will be informed of the expected turnaround time when placing your order.

Webshop orders: Payment is required upfront at the time of purchase.

Custom projects: A deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
4. Shipping
Currently, we ship orders within the Netherlands. We hope to expand to the EU soon!
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and will be provided during checkout or when your custom order is confirmed.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items.
If your order arrives damaged or with an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
🛈 Under EU consumer protection law (including in the Netherlands), custom-made goods are generally exempt from the standard 14-day return policy, as long as the product is made specifically to the customer’s request.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or deposit unless production has already started. After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs created by Veniam Dreams are the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.
8. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)
We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Any information you provide (such as your name, address, and email) is used solely to process your order, communicate with you, and deliver your products. We do not share your data with third parties, except when necessary to complete your order (e.g., shipping providers).
You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Just email us at info@veniamdreams.com and we’ll be happy to help.
